Our new name 'Tri yn Un' - which when translated means 'Three Become One'. The name symbolises that the Partnership works for the good of all three of its communities equally and without favour.

Communities First is a long term Welsh Assembley Government Initiative aimed at imporoving the lives for people who live in the most socialy excluded and deprived areas in Wales as identified by the Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation.
